Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary included a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has news european commission also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
